  • account data and deletion requests remain subject to the Privacy Policy and technical feasibility.

12. Cooling-Off, Returns, and Refunds

The Service may provide digital content, digital services, custom software access, consulting services, implementation services, support services, and professional services.

Due to the nature of digital and professional services, cooling-off rights, returns, and cancellation after access, work commencement, AI processing, consulting delivery, implementation work, custom configuration, or delivery of project artifacts may not apply unless required by applicable law.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, in an order form, in a statement of work, on an invoice, or in a signed written agreement.
